The newsletter contains Dynamics 365 updates, practical guides and selected ISV solutions, which may include sponsored content. Subscribing is optional and is not required to read the blog. We rely on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) to send the newsletter. After signing up, you must confirm your email address before receiving newsletters.

We use MailPoet to manage subscriptions and deliver emails. Subscription information is stored in our WordPress database and the information needed for delivery is processed by the MailPoet Sending Service. This includes your email address, subscription status, signup and confirmation records (such as dates, source and IP address), and delivery or bounce information. We do not automatically subscribe LinkedIn followers or people who contact us.

Email open tracking, click tracking and MailPoet cookie-based engagement tracking are disabled in our current newsletter configuration. Visiting links in an email may still involve the website privacy and cookie settings described elsewhere in this policy.

You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link in each newsletter or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Your address is used for sending while your subscription remains active. After unsubscribing, limited subscription, consent and suppression records may remain to respect your choice and address legal claims; they are not used to continue marketing to you. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable.
